Due to the customization of our products all sales are final, no returns will be accepted.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Due to the custom nature of the products we produce, we understand that order changes may occur. The manufacturer begins production of
your order within 24 hours to provide you with on-time delivery. If you must change an order prior to the 24 hour limit, please call us at (844) NU-PATIO. If cancellation
is made within 24 hours of the order, there will be no charge.

If Ordered, but prior to assembly:
Once the fabric is cut, there is a 20% unit cost service charge.

If the unit has already been assembled:
There is a 50% unit cost service charge.
